Reservations made less than 2 days before the rental date are immediately non-refundable.
Failure to pick up the vehicle at the agreed-upon time without prior cancellation will result in a no-show, and the full reservation cost will be charged.
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 3 business days.
Changes to your reservation (e.g., dates, times) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we will work with you to reschedule or refund your reservation as appropriate.
